  • We generally require at least 48 hours' notice to ensure that all your requested items are available and freshly prepared for your event.

    If you need catering sooner, please contact us. We may still be able to accommodate your order depending on the items and quantities required.

  • Absolutely! We usually have plenty of ingredients and stock available for sandwiches, wraps and drinks, so we can often accommodate same-day or last-minute orders.

  • Absolutely! We cater for everything from small team meetings and office lunches to larger corporate functions and celebrations.

    For larger orders, please get in touch with your event date, number of guests and catering requirements. We'll be happy to discuss suitable options and provide a personalised quote.

  • Our catering menu includes freshly prepared sandwiches, wraps, mini burgers, salads, savoury pastries, sweet treats, fruit cups, fruit boxes and grazing boxes.

    Whether you're organising a breakfast meeting, morning tea, office lunch or special celebration, we have a range of options to suit your occasion.

  • Yes! We have a selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available.

    Please check the dietary labels on individual products. If you have specific dietary requirements or food allergies, contact us before ordering.

    Allergen notice: Our kitchen handles common allergens, and we cannot guarantee that products will be completely free from allergen cross-contact.

  • Yes! We offer a selection of freshly made coffees and other beverages to complement your catering order.

    For larger coffee pre-orders or special drink requests, please email info@lightyearscafe.com.au in advance so we can have everything ready for your preferred collection time.

    Monday – Friday: 7am – 3pm
    Saturday – Sunday: 8am – 3pm
    Closed on public holidays

    Simply select your preferred collection date and time when placing your order online.

  • Our online ordering system is primarily set up for collection from our café.

    However, we may be able to offer complimentary delivery to nearby businesses within walking distance, depending on staff availability and order requirements.

  • For larger orders, corporate events or customised catering, please email info@lightyearscafe.com.au.

    Include your event date, approximate number of guests, preferred collection or delivery time and any dietary requirements.
